How long have you been in business?
We have been grooming for 15 years and have been at this location for 2 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a Full Service Dog Grooming Salon. We have Spa Packages and an a la carte menu with nail trims, ear cleaning, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Having had pets all my life and tired of the corporate world, I became a groomer in 2000, followed by my Certified Master Groomer certificate 2 years later. I have been teaching Pet First Aid/CPR classes and lecturing for 10 years and have written my own 8 part Pet Talk Series of classes for the pet owner.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have a quiet, clean environment for myself and my clients. Since we don't have a lot of dogs at a time, there is less chaos and noise. Compassion and safety are our main concerns and therefore, all grooming is for the comfort of the dog.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At this time, we only have the one location.

We share a strip mall with Dunkin' Donuts, Subway and several other businesses at the corner of Nerge and Devon in Elk Grove Village.

Barb Koffski is the Owner, Manager and full time groomer.

We are open Tuesday - Friday, 800am - 430pm and Saturday 800am - 4pm
We are closed on Sunday and Monday
